Lecture Presentation Instruction.
The duration of a presentation slot is 20 minutes. You will have 15 minutes for the presentation itself and 5 minutes for questions from the audience. A LCD projector & computer will be available in every session room for regular presentations.
Preparation before presentation.
- At least 30 minutes before the start of your session. you should upload your presentation file in .ppt format at the Speakers Room and make sure it displays properly. In the Speakers Preview Room, technicians will receive presentations and transfer them to the conference PCs.
- 15 minutes before the start of your session. you should arrive in the session room to report to the chairperson. Please, take with you a short note with your name, role and institutional affiliation so that the chair can mention this in his introduction.
Poster Instruction
The poster layout is portrait. It is recommended that the poster be prepared on one sheet of poster paper. The dimensions of the poster should be 100 cm x 120 cm.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes ahead of the scheduled poster session. Poster presenters should stand next to their posters during the Poster Session for Q&A.
